Return/Refund Policy

DesertMedicalExchange.com adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing and advertisement fees:

1. DesertMedicalExchange.com will not provide a refund, once you have posted your Listing or Advertisement (Ad).

2. If you contact DesertMedicalExchange.com via email within 24 hours of posting a Listing or Ad, we will provide a refund only for the following reasons:

  1. (i) Your Listing or Ad has not been posted and you wish to cancel the Listing or Ad; or
  2. (ii) You mistakenly ordered and paid for duplicate Listings through DesertMedicalExchange.com and seek to cancel, and obtain a refund on the duplicate(s) only. You will not receive a refund on the original Listing. If you listed your product(s) or service(s) through another source other than DesertMedicalExchange.com, the Listing is not considered a “duplicate” Listing and there is no refund due; or
  3. (iii) If DesertMedicalExchange.com made any changes to the content of your Listing or Ad and those changes were proven to be mistakes or inaccurate.

3. DesertMedicalExchange.com will not provide a refund if you changed your mind about the Listing or Ad after you posted it.

4. DesertMedicalExchange.com will not provide a refund if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the item(s) or if the item(s) have been sold through other means.

Note: It is your responsibility to cancel your Listing or Ad prior to the automatic renewal. You will receive communication, usually in the form of an email, indicating the Listing or Ad is going to renew automatically for another 30 days if you do not cancel.
